Great Insights! Instructional analysis isn’t a one-shot effort, it’s an ongoing process of improvement. Getting stakeholders' input throughout ensures training actually improves performance, not just checks a box. Currently reading a case study like this for my instructional design class. #edpe535
Enterprise L&D: Instructional Analysis continues with your Design Review with your client and key stakeholders. When you facilitate their review and enable them to question and challenge the design you gain insights into what is and not important.

Definitely! Effective instructional design should be inspiring not exhausting! #edpe535
Reading through Madeline Hunter’s books from the 60s and 70s. Fantastic stuff. Her whole focus is on teacher decision making and that effective instructional design as not just a means of better learning for students but also as a means of ensuring teachers didn’t have excessive workload.

Definitely keeping this in mind for my final design project! #edpe535
Enterprise L&D: Instructional Analysis continues with your Stakeholder Interviews as you probe their take on the target audience and their Performance Requirements and any current state gaps and resources to use and/or avoid during analysis, design, and development.
