I'm sure he would graciously agree with the latter half as well, provided you were willing to meet him halfway and agree that it was underinvestment and ideological failure by Sinn Féin.

Until two days ago, I believed the Secretary of State had the sole power to call a border poll. Remarkably, he doesn't. The Government says a little-known fetter on his power means the Commons or the Lords hold a veto. That could be incredibly messy.
