This is BS. The reason ICE is getting away with this is because violence by law enforcement has been normalized across decades.
Before Trump, law enforcement were trained to behave professionally. At a traffic stop they would start with words such as "Mam, may I see your drivers license and registration."
ICE evidently trains their goons to start a stop with screamed profanity, quickly followed by violence.

And also our disinvestment in transit and intercity rail. If the US spent a small fraction of its military budget on transit and rail, we’d need so much less oil, quality of life would be higher, and fewer Americans would be car dependent and have major car debt.
