A major UK retailer tried to fob me off with a really poor & inaccurate interpretation of the UK Consumer Rights Act. I’ve now escalated the issue to HSE & a solicitor and they’re falling over themselves to resolve my issue. NO, you fucking sort it out first time.

I have an electric car - I’m very happy to pay a mileage charge, because I use roads and they’re a public good. I already do my bit for the planet, now I can do a bit more for society.
