Immigration agents detained Juan Sebastian Carvajal-Munoz, a civil engineer from Colombia with a Masters degree from UM and employed by a local engineering consulting company, in Portland Thursday morning.

This agent is a POS for manipulating this vulnerable child.
A 5-year old boy was used as “bait” to draw family members out of their home. Agents took Liam Conejo Ramos and his dad and sent them to Texas. Why detain a 5-year-old? Liam’s family has an “active asylum case” with no deportation orders.
