I'll have to ask around, in my experience usually the circulation of project files was a person to person thing. There might be files floating around on chipmusic.org/forums/

I've seen some folks say "by definition, AI music can't be chiptune because it's not made with [insert retro hardware here]" and I really need those people to understand that that's not a useful argument for this situation, post-2016

For me it's the having a problem with the label "slop" and not even trying to suggest that Suno or AI wasn't involved, while *also* putting down the ground work that he leverages "tools" like sample packs and auto-tune, the implication being that AI is no different than that.

On its own it will not. An M8 will always require a Teensy 4.1 to use. Some folks have put the Headless M8 *display* software onto similar handhelds, and get the controls to work for interfacing, but I haven't seen it done with your system, and it will still require a Teensy 4.1.

Chiptune is and has always been a social, community-oriented scene. Project files and tutorials are shared far and wide to help people learn how to make chiptune using predominately *free* tools made by revered members of our community. Turning your back to that and using AI is anti-social behavior.

I checked it out last night, it's clear that *something* fishy is going on, I dedicate very little brain space for genAI audio so I can't definitively identify what's being used and where, but I can hear the aforementioned inconsistencies and can tell it has the "stink" on it.
