It's funny when you can tell that somebody is a one-offer/doesn't actually care about the series they're making NSFW/R34 material about it, specifically with how the characters are portrayed or when the kink is shoehorned in rather than being relevant to anything

So when did ASFR start being used as a synonym for petrification? I know the origin came from a Usenet newsgroup, just not how the definition shifted from robot fetishism to specifically "hardening" fetishism; on FA, I always see more characters turning solid rather than into actual robots.
