There is nothing comforting about “I’m just as scared as you” coming from the legislative branch that’s supposed to keep checks and balances on the executive. While she thought it was relatable, it is actually mortifying.

Cod liver oil has preformed Vitamin A. RFK recently falsely claimed it wasn't toxic because it was "food."

The entire conversation is a disaster. It was an illegal use of a disappearing messaging app which none of them objected to. Hegseth appears to have copied and pasted the targeting packages into the chat, and Witkoff was literally in Moscow when he joined the chat. open.substack.com/pub/fpwellma...

Pete Buttegeig made this point last night on CNN. The war plans (Goldberg said they were very detailed, so much he wouldn’t print them) are on a secure system. To get them onto Signal, Hegseth would have to do a cut and paste. Labor intensive! Maybe he retyped?
