We took the French government to court - and WE WON. But the work isn’t over.

The court ruled that living conditions in Dunkirk camps are illegal and inhumane, ordering urgent action. But basic healthcare is still missing. We have appealed to push for its inclusion.

WE DID IT! Together, we’ve raised over £18,000 to help people in need.

Thanks to our wonderful supporters, we have exceeded our @biggive.bsky.social target.

Because of you, we’re able to make accessible, equitable healthcare a reality for more people across the UK. Thank you! 💙

Before, during, and after a crisis - we are there.

When systems fail and people are left without healthcare - in conflict zones, asylum camps, after climate disasters, or on migration routes - we step in.

For 45 years, we have stood with people in need, and we'll never turn away.

Any money spent on taxis is a result of a Home Office decision, not the choices of people seeking safety. Moving people to remote camps will only make it harder for them to access healthcare.

Here are the real solutions ⬇️ #CommunitiesNotCamps

There have NEVER been ‘unrestricted’ taxis for asylum seekers. Travel to medical appointments has ALWAYS required Home Office approval.

Many of the people we support miss urgent care because they can't get there. UK Gov must stop scapegoating people for its poor management ➡️ tinyurl.com/fzsk3aen

🔴 The government's latest plans will push an already failing asylum system to new extremes of harm.

The uncertainty, fear & instability the proposed changes create will only deepen the trauma faced by refugees & people seeking safety.

🔴 #YEMEN: 18 million people are at risk of starvation.

Just 10% of humanitarian needs are being met due to funding cuts and restrictions on aid workers.

The international community must act now to save lives.

One year since the #Valencia floods.

Last October, a year’s worth of rain fell in just 8 hours, destroying homes and claiming over 200 lives. Many families are still rebuilding - and we are there with them, providing mental health support and helping strengthen health systems.

Billions of £ have been wasted on ineffective asylum accommodation. Safe, community-based and cost-efficient housing is possible and should be a priority, if only on medical grounds.

After two years of genocide, we welcome the ceasefire and hostage release.

Hope has risen before, only to be crushed by renewed violence. This ceasefire must hold.

Humanitarian aid must reach Palestinians NOW. We are ready at the border with a mobile clinic and 115 pallets of supplies.

Humanitarian aid must be protected.

We strongly condemn Israel's attacks on the #GlobalSumudFlotilla last night, including drone strikes and explosions.

There is no justification for blocking a peaceful mission delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza. Read more 🔗 shorturl.at/mfMMG

65,000 dead, including 20,000 children. 90% of residents forcibly displaced. Famine declared. Aid blocked and militarised. Humanitarian workers targeted and killed.

A UN Commission declares Israel is committing genocide in #Gaza. We call on States: stop being complicit and act.

Hate does not belong on our streets.

For years, migrants, refugees & racialised communities have faced racist rhetoric. This weekend, that hostility spilled onto the streets in full force.

The fear targeted communities must be feeling needs to be recognised. We stand with them against hate.

We’ll be at Migrant Connections Festival at the end of this month!

Alongside amazing music, food, dance and art, our stall will share clear advice on your healthcare rights in the UK and how to access care.

Come say hello, pick up resources, and join the celebration! 🎶💃

With anti-migrant protests and racist intimidation rife, refugees need more support than ever - not to be forced to live on the streets.

Homelessness harms both mental and physical health. The government must reverse this decision and give people the time they need to rebuild their lives safely.
August 29, 2025 at 11:38 AM
We stand in solidarity with refugees and asylum seekers - now and always.

As racist intimidation continues outside asylum hotels this year, we remain committed to ensuring our patients have access to healthcare and support.

We must nurture a nation that cares for all 💙
