The Brewers now have as many wins (90) as the 2008 team. Summer of Sabathia. Braun's homer vs. Cubs. First playoff berth in 26 years. Prince, Rickie and Corey. Yost replaced by Sveum late. Ben Sheets dazzles, but gets hurt. Dave Bush. Mike Cameron. Seth McClung? Manny Parra? Here's to you, 2008.

District and appellate courts, I think fairly, keep asking the Supreme Court to clarify what they actually mean—i.e. "If the new rule is that the Trump admin can never lose then you have to say that" and the Supreme Court keeps being like "No, you're supposed to just do it without us having to say."
