We’ve just published another video on HiTOP that tries to flesh out a bit more how the framework can be helpful in research: youtu.be/q0jOi_Nl1yo

We hope it’s useful, and are keen to hear any feedback

Thanks again so much to @tashtc.bsky.social for all of her hard work creating this video series ✨

When we measure personality multiple times in a study, does it matter if we ask people about their personality *in general* or *since the last time point*?

Turns out: yes!

We found differences in internal consistency, Ms, & SDs but not in the underlying constructs 🧵

Looked into this earlier. From what I've seen Hive doesn't train on paid customer content unless it's part of the business agreement between the customer + Hive. No way to know without seeing of the deal of course so your mileage may vary. But, I think open API means that scrapers can find content

In Ch 19 (nyu-cdsc.github.io/learningr/as...) of his 2nd edition, Kruschke used *residual* SD as a standardizer for group differences from a multilevel ANCOVA. Is there any precedent for using a *residual* SD as a standardizer for a standardized mean difference effect size? #RStats

Core reasoning issues (first column), which we name after the relevant numbered section, are characterised using a plausible quote. In the second column are responses per row; also see the named section for further reading, context, and explanations.

We're a veteran-founded and run operation. Even if we weren't we wouldn't tolerate treasonous actions by POTUS. (But let's be clear: that is ESPECIALLY noxious and intolerable to us!)

We are pro-democracy and pro-Constitution, which makes us anti-Trump.

Impeach, convict, remove. Have courage.
