Am I going to open a bar called Stars Hollow? Bars Hollow?

It's a real bummer, and has been for 2+ decades, that everyone is expected to emerge fully formed. I first realized it with music, but the pressure on rookies in sports or writers or even in my case bartenders is unreasonable.
