Weaver is interesting to me as part of the turnover on the Ravens in the wake of Macdonald leaving for Seattle. I wonder if Orr was actually first choice to take over as DC, given the two guys that also left for DC jobs, and Weaver in particular was listed as the assistant head coach in Baltimore.

Two of the three examples may not have had him on the field, but they do flow from his performance, to make this even more ridiculous. Punting or needing your TE to take the snap for a short yardage push is because the offense with Sanders didn't convert on 3rd down.
