Next year it feels relieving to say I'll be able to start searching for help when it comes to managing my chronic pain and other mental health needs. I'm wary about it considering how it's not been taken as seriously as it should, but I'm trying to hold onto the hope that something works 💚

I REALLY should try getting back into streaming like I've said multiple times before. Working full-time zaps my energy FAST even on weekends where that's really the only time I'd have the time and space to do so...maybe some random easy, short, and comfy streams would help?

Trying to figure out what kind of doctor I need to check out this pain that's mainly in my left shoulder every day. I feel like it could be trauma physically keeping itself held there for whatever reason, but I sure hate it when it feels like it's on fire 🫠
