Can we not do the big follow-for-follow things that enable grifters and scammers to quickly build massive audiences? One of the things that makes this place work so well is how well most of us curate our feeds, and undermining that feels like we're bringing back the bad place.

This is a really good way to think rest and healing. I'd show love and patience to someone doing their best, and it's easier to think of doing so for my body than just my nebulous "self."
Gonna be even more earnest than usual on main, but I wanted to share. Because I have a bunch of pain stuff I was in my thoughts about it, and I said to myself, “I have to show love to my body. My body is doing the best it can.” so if anybody needs this, it made me feel good to say that

As a teenager, I always kind of felt like my parents were out of touch and stupid. Then they became Trump voters and teenage me was vindicated.
