Morgan on the ‘great quality of life of asylum seekers in hotels’. Really? Many in one room, no privacy, awful food, almost no money. It’s not like a bloody holiday.

Russell looks very cute here. In fact, I think he’s preparing to sneeze on me. This happens a lot, sometimes with blood from his awful gums. Hopefully, with the teeth out that will improve and I’ll only get covered in snot! I love him so much. I must do. 🙂

I took Russell in a few months back after spotting him in my neighbourhood. He has FIV and a very rotting mouth but he’s very cute and loveable. I just can’t really afford a cat!

The government is boasting that they’re sending migrants back to France. The very people this policy is aimed to please think it won’t work, that it isn’t enough and that it’s fake news.

You can’t satisfy the far right. You shouldn’t try.

I’ve been pretty quiet on here recently. It’s partly because I’m just numb about the state of the world and the UK. Trumpism is crossing the pond with ease. Labour’s turn to the right and focus on Farage have helped it. We’re in serious trouble.

So Farage said yesterday he’d stop the boats within 2 weeks of a Reform UK government. He’s now admitting the legislation could take months.

It’s almost like he’ll say anything for power.
