My ADHD win today was finally putting WD40 on my creaky door hinges in the apartment I’ve lived in for 3 years.
i noticed I am still subconsciously cringing everything I move the door and I did not realize quite how much it was bothering me.
Allowing space for sensory processing is life changing.

Almost just mistakenly closed out of all my ADHD emotional support open internet browser tabs on my phone. My heart is still beating a little quicker.

I would be a little afraid of the a Pittsburgh motorcycle gang but they’re constantly popping wheelies and it looks like they film themselves/each other.
My brain will not sway from the idea that this is the “male” version of an E-girl.

It’s crazy to me that Christian’s believe that people will go to hell because of their sexuality and use it to justify conversion therapy but torturing literal children in the name of that is ok.

Just ran into the guy I had to call the cops on (the only time I called 911 and I called my dad first and he was too far away) out side of my apartment on the street !!!! Yay! Super comfortable.
