Nina loved animals, so Dr. Cortex gave her steel-trap hands that would crush any creature she tried to pet. We made her 'grab rings' cute critters, whose eyes would bulge out when grabbed. It was rejected for being too gross.

It's worth saying this isn't cut content from Twinsanity or a cancelled game, it's just a pitch we made that wasn't picked up. I really love the ideas, though. It would have been a lot of fun. The last line of the pitch: "Ditch the bandicoot and get with the winning team".

Dr. Cortex would spawn exploding 'duplet' clones, then bully them into doing his bidding, sacrificing them to get what he wanted. As long as at least one reached the goal (a lever or switch or whatever), then the mission was considered a success.
