Well capping the cost makes financial sense. They are private organisations only there to make profit, they aren’t the NHS.
Of course Streeting could instead increase beds and pay doctors and nurses in NHS more and bring the work back into NHS and Rejoin EU and bring in the workers we lost.

I don't really know about these things but it seems to me a good time to make treaties with Canada, Mexico and China.

This article overlooks the fact that ARRS practitioners often can’t prescribe or pass patients to GPs for prescriptions. Patients typically spend more time with ARRS, and cases are less complex. Naturally, satisfaction levels will be higher in these circumstances.
