Same. Every morning for four years I go to the beach to center the day. I take the same photo of a palm as I cross the dune. Friends have moved away and it is their link to the beach.

Home with a cone. Minus 15 teeth. I feel like such a bad mom but vet said former feral cats almost always have major tooth problems. She is hungry and wants to be in my lap. Her kids are confused.

You are lucky. My girls hate the pearls and RBG ruff. On the other hand my boy loves his colorful bow ties and really brings it on nites with dinner guests and get gets to wear his black tie.
