Russian MPs are not even trying to hide that Russia has no intention of abiding by any peace agreement.
As I've said before, we're discussing the points of a peace plan without Russia that doesn't care for it and shows no readiness for peace.

This is not a peace plan. It is a proposal that weakens Ukraine and divides America from Europe, preparing the way for a larger war in the future. In the meantime, it benefits unnamed Russian and American investors, at the expense of everyone else.
