Presumably Dutton believes the leaders of the UK, France, Canada, Japan, the EU, Brazil and Argentina are all equally "weak and incompetent" as well, as they all also failed to gain exemptions. Dutton is not PM material. He hasn't got a statesman's bone in his body. #auspol
