A Goofy Movie is a masterpiece of its time and I'm sick of acting like it's not.
If you want a great example of a movie that didn't catch on until later, look at old reviews of A Goofy Movie. That thing is now regarded as a millennial touchstone, but nearly every review from 1995 is like "Eh, doesn't a Disney character like Goofy deserve better than this??"
