2) "don't want to offend anyone and diminish donations" Christianity

3) "fuck those people, we're modern Crusaders" Christianity

Probably a good time to point out that this institution was credibly accused of systemic racism and was reprimanded (and possibly even sanctioned?) by the ACGME for graduate medical education abuses just a few years ago.
