This was early spring when the leaves were beginning to return.
The previous year I removed a few trees that were crowding this Black Cherry tree

My morning alarm clock was 4 Trumpeter Swans, 2 groups of 2, gliding around in the back pond randomly thunder honking at nothing👀

My morning alarm clock was 4 Trumpeter Swans, 2 groups of 2, gliding around in the back pond randomly thunder honking at nothing👀

It took till now for the birds to find the newly reactivated feeders!
Blue Jays found it first... and they're so noisy about it that the chickadees followed them👀

I finally put all the birdfeeders back up after my willing summer with a bear 🐻
I'm excited to get all the birds back! I miss all the chickadees and woodpeckers who've stayed deep in my wood for months! And the squirrels who are who knows where
It's so quiet here in winter without them #Birds
