Military member who is fucking angry. We have a duty to disobey if orders are illegal, unethical, unconstitutional. #Resist #disobey #maliciouscompliance

A REMINDER TO OUR MILITARY

No U.S. warrior is required to carry out an unlawful order. In fact, it leaves them subject to prosecution.

Your oath is to the Constitution, not to any individual. #oath #honoryouroath #military #ucmj

The #nurembergtrials showed that following orders is not an excuse. We have a duty to disobey. It will not just stop at our #transgender brothers and sisters. Don't let them destroy our ethics and our oath.

Find loopholes in your guidance and policy and start taking advantage. #Resist and #maliciouslycomply. Do what you think you can get away that policy backs (or is ambiguous on so you can make a logical argument for your actions). Don't just comply.

#Challenge the male and female standards in your #service. File #EO and #IG complaints and say that the standards don't apply to you since you don't actually know your sex. If leadership challenges you, pull out the executive order and ask them to clarify the meaning of male and female.

Based on the definition provided, the policy can't realistically be enforced.

Are we going to test every single military member for their chromosomes AND gametes (which would be very invasive for women)?
March 8, 2025 at 5:53 PM
or women with any condition that causes them to have anovulatory menstrual cycles? (That means they didn't produce and release an egg, but still had their period). What about those who are intersex? What about someone with XY chromosomes who has female parts and looks female?

Does the executive order mean you identify male and female by both chromosome and gamete? So, XY chromosome at fertilization and produce sperm cells once old enough? Still tricky to identify and enforce. What if a person is sterile? Are they now genderless? What about women with PCOS

When a child is assigned sex at birth, it's typically done by what genitals they have, not by identifying chromosomes, but nowhere in the policy or the executive order is sex identified as what you are assigned at birth, what's on your birth certificate, or what your phenotype is (how you look).

Do they mean the chromosomes carried by the egg and sperm at conception? Maybe. But I have news for you, not everyone with XY chromosomes looks like a man. Not everyone with XX chromosomes looks like a woman. There are intersex people, there are XO, XXX, XYY, XXY combinations just to name a few.

Based on that definition of male and female, it's unclear how to accurately determine sex. Does that mean they are determining it based on the sex cells a person produces at conception? Well, that won't work because a zygote doesn't produce gametes.

However, the Executive order does define male and female as follows: "(d) “Female” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell.

(e) “Male” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell."

1. The definition for female and male in the executive order is not clear.
2. Everyone has an assumption of what male and female means, so the DoD policy could just state sex is male and female and hope no one goes to read the executive order and members just accept the DoD policy

Are commanders and supervisors going to have to get familiar with symptoms of gender dysphoria????? What is their actual intent there?
March 8, 2025 at 5:28 PM
Are commanders going to start sending people to mental health if they think they're "exhibiting symptoms" of gender dysphoria? Is a symptom the way someone dresses? Is it their physical appearance? Is it comments of not feeling comfortable in their own skin????
