Just an average, left-leaning husband and girl dad, hoping to be a little part of the light in the Shadowlands. In-house designer. Wannabe storyteller.
Or maybe Anish Kapoor?
Apparently, Pierre Soulages was in charge of redacting Epstein files (this is a joke for maybe three people).

Calvin & Hobbes? Really?!?! Maybe because they realize we know they are playing a political version of Calvin ball and hate that we know there is actually a name for it. 🤦‍♂️
ICYMI: The mind-boggling list of hundreds of #bannedbooks in Tennessee now includes Calvin and Hobbes by cartoonist Bill Watterson, They Called Us Enemy by @georgetakei.bsky.social, and The Complete Book of Cats by Rosie Pilbeam. More at: pen.org/magic-tree-h... #Caturday #Censorship

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has returned from a trip to El Salvador where he secured an agreement from that country's president to accept deportees from the U.S. of any nationality — including American citizens — offering to hold them in the country's sprawling maximum-security facility…

Under the category of things that make me want to cry… we have a massive used bookstore nearby. You could take books; and, if they didn’t buy them, they would donate them. Because of book bans in Florida, they no longer donate, because they don’t have the resources to check books agains the list.

Probably won’t have to… daughter will come home from college for Thanksgiving and quote it word for word. (But, seriously… yeah… will see it soon.) 😊
Wicked is incredible.

Go see it.

Okay. I like it here, so here’s my first post. While I can’t wrap my brain around the hate and confusion in the other place, I thoroughly enjoy the positivity from all of you here. It’s a breath of fresh air! Thanks to all!
