It was the early 90's and it was one of those combined desk and chair things made from hollow metal and laminated chipboard desk surface (like this picture but no storage under the desk). He smashed the frying pan down on the desk over and over again until he broke a large corner of the desk off

Someone needs to take this review but actually find out what lifestyle recommendations were being given to people, for instance in some of the sema trials that established the clear weight regain, people were simply told to eat 500 calories less than their starting weight maintenance caloric needs..

I am trying to figure out what is more embarrassing, publishing in the financial post or working for the Fraser Institute. Mr. Lau is a one trick pony with his cherry picked SSHRC grant titles and his bad faith and poorly thought out arguments against public funding of research.
