Bingo. Since ANTIFA doesn’t actually exist they can accuse anyone of being a member and never have to say when it’s been disbanded.
He outlawed "woke" and "DEI," and even though no one's quite sure what those mean, thousands of people have lost their funding and their jobs as a result. That's why a vague "outlaw antifa" is far more dangerous than if there actually was an identifiable organization like, say, Planned Parenthood.
