The Governor of Texas is the worst kind of Christian Nationalist Autocrat. Threats to remove elected officials who fled the state is dire. If this is allowed to continue and millions are disenfranchised they won't stop in Texas. This will be in every red state. Fuck.

I sure would love to see all the democrats in Congress on the Capitol steps calling for impeachment in one voice.
I know we can't do it without republican votes, but it sure would be nice to see a loud, unified message.

Don't just say it's unconstitutional, remind people that the constitution is full of very good ideas designed to prevent authoritarianism, and most people who want to ignore it want that specifically because they are authoritarian.
