President Trump called the fatal shooting of Renee Good “a vicious situation” in an interview with The New York Times Wednesday, saying Good appeared to run over an ICE agent. “I want to see nobody get shot. I want to see nobody screaming and trying to run over policemen either,” he told the Times. But after watching a slow-motion surveillance video of the incident, Trump expressed discomfort and struggled to justify the agent’s response. “It’s a terrible scene,” he told the Times, once the video concluded. “I think it’s horrible to watch. No, I hate to see it.”

THE GRINCH GOT A WONDERFUL, AWFUL IDEA!

"All I need is a reindeer..." The Grinch looked around. But, since reindeer are scarce, there was none to be found. Did that stop the old Grinch? No! The Grinch simply said, "If I can't find a reindeer, I'll make one instead!" So he called his dog, Max. Then he took some red thread, And he tied a big horn on the top of his head. Max: a Tyranid Termagant painted in shades of brown to look like Max the dog. He has a giant set of antlers stuck on top of his head, and has a festively painted red and green fleshborer. The inspiration: a still from the 1966 movie "How the Grinch Stole Christmas!" showing the Grinch cutting some of the antler off Max's head with a chainsword, er, handsaw so it's not so heavy. The Grinch: a Space Wolf Assault Intercessor in red green and white done up to look like the Grinch. He's standing in front of a cave made out of blue tyranid terrain, with a pinkish glow

Starting 2026 with some hobby goals.
1) Hobby goal is to paint 100 models
2) Play more Warhammer
3) Attend an AoS Tournament. There's one local to me in April but I currently don't have an army painted for that - but its in prep

With this, my revised hobby goal is successfully completed. The spearhead is done before the year's end (about 2 hours to spare). And a sneak peek of the next step (lots of priming)

Hobby goal update. The end is in sight for the hellsmith spearhead. I want to finish the artillery by the end of the year, which is in 8 hours so that should be plenty of time for some hobby.

Hobby goal update. Chorf spearhead nearly complete! All infantry and the despot are done. I'm chugging along on the dominator engine and only have the artillery piece left after. Also been building the darkoath spearhead to followup so I'll have 2 spearheads to play.

people are ‘painting’ minis with ai now… it’s depressing & they answer comments like it’s some kinda ‘skill’. they used to actually paint but now just churn this out for likes?

many people won’t realise & will just assume that the person painted it, cos why wouldn’t you?

Made myself a small hobby goal of finishing the new Helsmiths spearhead and the fellgor kill team before the new year, for my painting pace that's quite a lot. Its all built and primed, and I magnetized the artillery and dominator engine. Some pics to show progress #nerdlings #paintingwarhammer

Pretty big painting weekend. Finished up my mauler fiend kitbash (sans base) and started working on my demon prince proxy. Once the demon is done i need to finish up basing a bunch of my monsters and then Magnus's wings; after that I'll have a completed army. #nerdlings #paintingwarhammer
Mauler fiend kitbash. It uses the body and torso from the tomb kings necrosphinx with the arms and head of a maulerfiend and some added tentacles from the latter as wll. It's painted purple and gold with accents of bone and jade. Partially painted vulture demon. It's color scheme is inspired by bearded vultures with accents of bone and orange. It's two heads are unpainted as are It's wings.
