Here's my capsule summary of the proposed California congressional maps, which protect half a dozen Democratic incumbents and could create a swing between D+1 (on a bad night) & D+5 (on a good one), with the seats held by Adam Gray (D) & David Valadao (R) now the true swing districts.

Building staff couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so sent people to every floor to unplug TVs.
