If you want literature to exist you have to support it and that doesn't always mean you, personally, will pay. The more we USE our libraries the better they can justify their funding, and the more people they can serve.

No diss to Evan because he’s very well read and insightful. But lowkey there’s only so much HH is awful. Reviews you can engage with until it becomes detrimental to your growth. When it comes to discussions I’d recommend not settling for simply “thing is awful” 1/2

I have a pretty intimate relationship with death and grief, a lot of highschool and college was spent dwelling on people I was losing and the feelings associated and mentally preparing for those who might be next, so stories like this really hit home for me every time.
Went into Goodbye, Eri knowing I'd like it, but was jot expecting to love it. Chainsaw Man did not hit for me at all, but Eri really really did. There is an emotional blanket thrown over you immediately that gets ripped off you multiple times and replaced with a heavier, thicker blanket.

All this but also trump didn’t come out of nowhere he’s a product of the system that’s still operating. And going back to before isn’t great.
Important to keep in note that while Trumps' approval level has tanked overall by 14 points, lowest since the middle of his first term, 84% of polled Trump voters (by NPR) still view him favorably and think he's doing a good job. Tides may be shifting, but don't start patting backs any time soon.
