We have an independent judiciary in this country. Robert Jenrick wants puppet judges.

The Conservative Party once believed in the rule of law and our shared British values - no longer.

This is a lie.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

When I first heard about Project 2025, I thought it was conspiracy nonsense - too brazen, too cartoonishly evil to be real.

Then Trump called it “severe right”… and started enacting it.

Why are we going backwards on racism in Britain? (A disappointing question to ask in 2025).

The world is a hellscape right now where even those claiming to be left or centre are prepared to throw marginalised groups, such as migrants, trans and non-binary individuals and the disabled, under the bus for a quiet time.
Not got an optimistic take at this point, sorry, just stating what it is.

The real issue isn’t left vs right.

It’s not white vs black.

It’s not citizen vs immigrant.

It’s not gay vs straight.

The real issue is that a lot of powerful people have a vested interest — and a lot of money invested — in dividing us, and it’s working.

The asylum hotel outrage is all down to Tory party failures - failures supported by Jenrick, and that they and Reform are now blaming on Labour.

And Labour needs to tell that story.

In 2023, the Conservative government “banned” small boat arrivals from claiming asylum. This was the IMA.
