It sounds paradox that a person at NIH working to replace animal use in research & testing and using all the arguments and narratives from animal-research opponents now becomes the target of a radical group. Apparently, NIH's plans aren't enough for these people.
Nicole Kleinstreuer, who has worked at NIH for nearly a decade, was thrust into the spotlight when she was chosen to help lead a new office working to reduce the use of animals in NIH-funded research.
