as a scientist I have no clue what scientists they have been talking to because a scientist *should* have more than literally zero critical thinking skills

I bring it up because a) knowing if you do/don't have a condition is generally useful* but also b) me/cfs is one of very few conditions where exercise makes it worse and I don't want you accidentally making your condition worse with the intention of improving it-
