Driving Hastings the other week, they were blocking the whole right lane with a police-escorted garbage truck, trashing everyone's stuff, *during rush hour*. Cops stood around joking while garbage guys did the work. Heartless to the homeless, & oblivious to making traffic unbearable for everyone.
