Context: Democrats removed anti-trans provisions in all of the other appropriations bills that have passed. This minibus will pass, even if many Democrats don’t like that HHS money is tied to DHS and ICE money. But this should be seen as a net plus for trans people.

That's always been part of what makes cops so dangerous to Disabled people. They're there to enforce the status quo and demand a culture of compliance (obeisance) and Disabled people are definitionally contrary to the status quo and non-compliant.
