I was on Prime craving a silly romantic comedy, but instead watched this Argentinian legal drama about abortion rights. BELÉN follows the usual beats of a legal drama but the specificity of the story and the voices involved make it more of a standout

also just on a personal note having worked at both WB and Netflix, I have no faith in either company and anything leadership says about a love of movies is a big fat lie. TCM (where I also once worked) leadership does their best to navigate bomb filled waters every day.

Now I'm more excited to see it this weekend

Zach from Sitcom Peeps pointed out YouTube as the place to watch Frank's Place, but its entire run always vanished from YouTube. It's also on Internet Archive, where I downloaded every episode so I don't have to say, "Damn, I wish I saw that Frank's Place episode on YouTube before it was deleted."
