UHC pre-approved my dental work and has now denied my claim *twice* saying the crown replacement was unnecessary because I don’t have record that my previous crown was damaged.

I set a running trail for friends in my neighborhood using a blue chalk and one of my neighbors is having an absolute meltdown about it. This is his 3rd neighborhood post one the subject *even after* I explained it was just chalk.
