Rep Flood (R-NE) voted for a bill that guts the federal court's authority to enforce contempt orders.
When a voter confronted him, he claimed: “I didn’t know that was on the bill.”
Since when do lawyers sign without reading docs first?
If that’s true, he’s incompetent.
