How about US citizens stop calling the leaders of other countries dictators when our own government refuses to provide access to medical care, affordable housing, clean air & water, or safe food to its citizens. Also, the declining literacy rate is a key indicator we are the underdeveloped nation.

1) sometimes you have to enjoy holiday/special meals several days after the actual date due to pain levels
2) sometimes you choose a big ol' food trigger because you rationalize that if you're already in pain, why not add a little more spice to the spikes

I've had my ADHD diagnosis since I was 5 (and as a girl, getting that diagnosis in the 80s was wild business!)
And now today, after a couple years of self-suspected autism and about a year of self-recognized OCD, I can officially add both as formal diagnoses.
I'm feeling at peace with all of this.
