Yes in France but it's really good and got the most prestigious awards in the specialised animation festival in France (Annecy, a bit like Cannes palme d'or but for animation). I'm pretty sure it's going to be localised and available for VoD everywhere soon. Great for adults and kids, like a Ghibli.
