Musician, composer, artist, autistic.
Queen of castles in the air. Lost cause.
Student of life.
I would love to go for one day without seeing any AI-generated images.

Ideally, more than one day, ideally, the rest of my life, but if that's unrealistic, can I just have one damn day without that visual pollution?

Why do some car commercials show the camera being splashed by the passing car that they're advertising? Is that supposed to look appealing? It just reminds me of being splashed by cars in real life, and I think that's something that everyone hates.

Before today, I'd never expected to read the phrase "culturally significant rubber ducks," but apparently that's a thing.

This American rubber duck museum is moving to B.C. due to tariffs, drop in tourism | CBC News
Quirky Point Roberts-based Rubber Duck Museum is coming to Tsawwassen Mills mall in B.C. after increasing tariffs and decreasing tourism have made business in the U.S. exclave unsustainable.

NY area trans actors, this is your shot!
tomorrow we begin the process of casting the movie which is scheduled to be shot between January and April of next year. (it’s kind of a big production)

wanna cover all the bases and make sure we cast the widest net so if you’re in the NY tri-state area, an actor, and trans - I’m looking for ya!

I'm so sick of seeing Gen-AI enthusiastically promoted everywhere I turn. I'm so, so sick of it.

I'm reading a novel where an incompetent and dangerous leader is impeached. He's then removed from his position.

If only impeachment worked that way in the real world. I'm thinking in particular of a certain person who was impeached twice, but stayed in power, and is now in power again.

Watch out. There's a Facebook page called "The Bow Speaks," which purports to honour the violinist Itzhak Perlman. But, looking at that page, there are a lot of fake AI images and also at least a few fake stories about him.
I don't trust that page.

Why is the 470 STM route running smaller busses today instead of their usual articulated busses? There's a lot of overcrowding.

If you see a Facebook ad today with a supposedly free download from learnacrylic.com . It's a scam. The PDF "guide" you'll get is AI-generated (obvious, has nonsense text and tutorials.)
It's not free. There's a "processing fee" that makes you pay for receiving the pdf.
Do not be scammed by this..
