So let me get this straight: OPM, now led by Musk employees, is issuing an offer by Trump (who hasn’t paid contractors in years) to 2mil federal workers to leave with an 8mo severance package, and if they don’t agree to the deal there is no guarantee they won’t be furloughed or even let go?
