Excluding everything going on outside of my immediate bubble, 2025 has genuinely been the best year of my life.

Calais exposes our moral failure on migration. We can and must do better

A visit to the French town’s makeshift migrant encampments made it clear that we need a new vision for the new year, writes Zack Polanski

If anyone wants to complain about the antisemitic caricature of Zack Polanski that Mail published, their complaints email is a bit tricky to find 🙄, but it’s here (don’t bother with IPSO, they told me only the individual or representative groups can complain) www.readerseditor.dmgmedia.co.uk/contact

Got a Nut Roast in the oven & some fresh baked bread cooling in the kitchen.

Finished painting the living room a gorgeous teal & plum yesterday.

Delicious cooking smells + cosy colours = hot damn my house is really feeling like home this evening ❤️

I tried to complain about this to IPSO and they told me it didn’t affect me personally so I couldn’t

Meanwhile the silence from most of those who were so Concerned about antisemitism on the left, is deafening
No idea who Laurent Brindeau is, but isn’t this caricature of @zackpolanski.bsky.social in today’s @dailymailpolitics.bsky.social ragingly antisemitic?

It's almost as if antisemitism is weaponised, ignored or encouraged depending on what is most convenient.

Unreal.

Reminder that if you're still using Spotify in 2026, you're choosing to be okay with AI military tech, ICE, and exploitation of musicians.
There are plenty of alternatives (I prefer Tidal), and there are services that automatically move your playlists over. Choosing not to cancel is a choice.

Keir Starmer goes straight to bed at 12:01am on New Year's Day because staying up any later to celebrate is "excessive and unnecessary"
December 29, 2025 at 10:02 PM
Honestly the best thing about being a Green is seeing our party leaders out there just doing good stuff for the community.

When was the last time you saw Starmer do a litter pick? Or watched Badenoch volunteer at a soup kitchen?

This is a great message from Zack @zackpolanski.bsky.social
Why does no-one else challenge the lies about migrants and migration? Why are other politicians not talking about kindness, compassion, and humanity?

The Guardian accused me of hubris because I dared post at 3pm.

The Calais Appeal donations are shooting up.

Maybe the King might like to donate too? Or maybe the Government could actually implement a fair & managed migration system?

A Christmas miracle!

The Telegraph highlighting - yet missing - two vital points here.

1) We're not calling for £476m to be spent. It already is - this is about diverting it to actually helping.

2) Why "cruelty" in question? The £476m we're spending is part of an operation tear gassing babies.
