I agree with @buddhaferret.bsky.social @mediawarrior.bsky.social here - to understand people will abuse this and win, it's a matter that only comes to the fore with RPGs where you can or are asked to play the "bad guy" and are forced to "get into character" when playing them.

Well some people do exactly that but for countries and for Constitutions, and one of the things about this particular job is you usually "get it" because you're obsessive in the area. Not a usual job requirement.

Coincidentally the way I wrote it, the dwarf who got kicked out of town was kicked out of the Dwarven capital / mountain home (meanwhile, Uxbridge was the then-PM's seat).
The dwarf didn't get a sentence because the guard was incompetent.
