Someone interviewed for job in my office today who supports Alba. There's already one which is why I haven't been open about being non-binary. Wondering if I should be out and proud and hope to change some opinions or just keep my mouth shut and stay safe. Not feeling great about it either way tbh.

The energy price cap has risen by £281 since Labour took office promising to reduce bills by £300. Even if they reduced bills by £300 immediately, that's only a reduction of £19 annually compared to July 2024. If you're a pensioner who lost the winter fuel payment, you'd still be £181 worse off.

I'm a gay man in my 60s. When I was a kid there was no LGBT representation in the media. Homophobia was rife. All that 'straight grooming' didn't make me straight, it made me a suicidal teen. You can't turn kids gay or straight or trans or cis. You can only teach them to be happy being who they are.

I'd love to see the Royal Mile a sea of Saltires on November 30th. As a survivor of sexual abuse I feel sick at the thought of that being done in the name of an admitted sexual predator. Out of kindness for the family I'll just keep clear but how about some kindness for survivors being triggered?
