"What's a 'diversity hire'"?
"How do you define 'woke'?"
"Can you tell us what you mean by 'wokeness'?"

This. Avoid using their term of DEI, and say, "He blamed the situation on people of color, gay people, and women." Put the racism front and center.
Otherwise, we let them control the narrative the way "pro-life" became the accepted term rather than describing those folks as anti-abortion.

Proof of concept: Modular, meaning I can just add more slots when needed. Parametric, meaning automatically adjustable dimensions. The shelves are angled so the books slide in. Very satisfying. Also extremely satisfied with the Hilbert curve pattern on top.
