Onyx Coffee Advent Calendar – Day 20 (maybe I'll get done by the end of January) – Costa Rica Finca Carrizal Millennial. Very pleasant notes of grape juice or Koolaid. Not the berry notes I usually seek out… but definitely one I would add to my rotation.

Onyx Coffee Advent Calendar – Day 17 – Colombia Santa Barbara Gesha (honey processed). A very delicious cup of coffee with notes of malt and raisin. I was picking up some strong chocolate notes in the smell of the ground beans, but don't taste it in the cup.

Onyx Coffee Advent Calendar – Day 16 – El Salvador Santa Rosa. It has a kind of tangy feel to it with a "dry" finish like a strong black tea. Definitely not a coffee I would decline if offered.

Onyx Coffee Advent Calendar – Day 15 (yes… I'm a week and a half behind) — Colombia Diego Horta (natural processed). Very fruity tasting notes with a strong orange / tangerine and some berries… with a light chocolatiness. I could probably drink this one every day.

Onyx Advent Coffee Calendar day 13's offering has an interesting unknown strange berry flavor note and is strong in taste without being unpleasantly sticky. It wouldn't be my first choice, but I wouldn't turn it down if offered to me.

When I pulled the shots of espresso… I wasn't sure what to think from the smell. But I made an iced vanilla latte with it and it seems to have a pleasant lingering graham cracker aftertaste.
